At Golden Touch Massage, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, traffic consideration, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

APPOINTMENTS

Golden Touch Massage requires a valid credit card at the time of your appointment unless payment has been made in advance.

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your appointment with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If your late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be completed at the scheduled ending time of your appointment.

If time permits, you may purchase additional minutes in 10 to 30 minute increments. Pricing is based on the type of service purchased.

REQUIREMENTS

We accept guests from 4 years old and up however, any guest under the age of 18 will require parental release before the session can be rendered. So that all guests experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged the value of your service(s) if notice is not given prior to 24 hours. If you book your massage on the same day of your appointment and cancel or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

DRAPING

You will be properly draped at all times. You may undress to your level of comfort, however state law requires the use of draping over the genital, gluteal cleavage, and the breast of female clients. 

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Golden Touch Massage reserves the right to refuse service. Sexual misconduct is forbidden. The client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled appointment. 

PAYMENTS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND PACKAGES

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check most major credit cards and gift cards. Our gift cards contain value, which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and available balance will be applied to the transaction. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. Gift certificates and packages expire one year from the date of issuance. No refunds on gift certificates or packages. All gifts certificates and packages are for services at our Golden Touch Massage location only. There will be a $35 dollar fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges of collection of payment owed.

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
